In conjunction with our Facilitator for adventure activities, we can create an adventure journey for your request and ensure your team has an amazing time during your next conference.

Laser Sport Shooting
Laser Sport Shooting, the electronic version of clay target shooting, can be done on site at Auckland’s Waitakere Estate.  Great entertainment, safe and easy to use.
Price: $450.00 plus GST for 1 hour.

Abseiling
Auckland’s Waitakere Estate has on-site abseiling by AWOL Adventures.  A great first time and light hearted abseiling experience.
Price:

• Minimum charge $500.00 plus GST for groups of up to 9 persons
• $55.00 plus GST per person for groups of 10-15 persons
• $45.00 plus GST for groups of over 16 persons.

Archery
This professionally run Archery activity is a great on-site activity everyone can take part in.  Archery suits all ages, physiques, genders and levels of fitness.
Price: The prices below are GST inclusive.

Team Adventure Race
This is all about fun, teamwork, challenge and competition.  The race involves a number of challenges from which teams obtain points.  The points can be cashed for rewards (the rewards need to be supplied).
Price:

• Minimum charge $850.00 plus GST for groups up to 10 persons
• $85.00 plus GST per person for groups of 11 to 14 persons
• $75.00 plus GST per person for groups of 15 to 25 persons
• $65.00 plus GST per person for groups of 26 or more

Helicopter Sightseeing
The spectacular scenery and dramatic West Coast coastline can be viewed by Helicopter departing from Auckland’s Waitakere Estate.
Price:
The hire of a 6-seat helicopter is $1,850.00 plus GST per hour. If operating from the Estate’s helipad an additional 25 minutes flying time needs to be allowed to bring the helicopter to our helipad.

Using the Experiential Learning process we can customise a programme to suit your specific needs.  May it be just a fun day to re-energise your colleagues during a conference or an everlasting change in your working environment, which will result in building a ‘Highly Effective Team’.

Team Sensitisation

Outcome: 
The Team Sensitisation Programme changes the way people feel and think by creating opportunities for them to reflect on their learning.  The focus is on experiencing and understanding core values, which are chosen by the team.

Duration:  Half or full day
Group sizes: Maximum 30 participants

Team Growth

Outcome: 
This process moves away from the conventional team building, in that one creates a culture of change. This process is long lasting and the facilitator builds a relationship with your organisation, understanding your business and leaving the team with the skills to become a self-facilitative. This results in ‘Highly Effective Teams’, which results in a return on investment for you as it ultimately affects your bottom line. 

Behavioral change is focused on solutions relevant to the work environment through the transfer of metaphors and committing to action plans.

Duration: 3 interventions, each a full day.
(The interventions would be not more than 3 months apart.)
Follow-up in the working environment would occur to ensure transfer of learning.

Group size:  Maximum 18 participants
